The Scholar's Spire

In Thornfield, the old scholar's tower on the hill has stood abandoned for years. Once a place of knowledge and celestial observation, it now succumbs to the relentless grip of decay. Recent events have cast an eerie shadow over the tower - strange lights and sounds flicker through the night, livestock vanish, and travellers disappear without a trace in the nearby woodlands. A palpable unease has settled among the townsfolk, giving rise to a plethora of unsettling rumours, none of which come close to unravelling the truth ...

Within the forsaken tower, a Giant Mantis Wizard has taken up residence, transforming the tower into their hidden lair. None who have caught a glimpse of this creature have lived to tell the tale.
